Q. Service period
Is there a contract period?	There is no separate contract period. You can stop using the service at any time if necessary.

Q. Pricing·Payments
How is the usage fee calculated?	Usage fee is calculated based on the pro rata of usage. Users who have used the service for the entire month are charged for one month. Fees for newly hired or resigned employees are only charged for the days they have used the service.
How are the payments made?	We issue an invoice for the previous month's usage at the beginning of each month. We support credit card payments and wire transfers(contact us for wire transfer).
Is it possible to change the pricing plan while using the service?	Yes, you can change your plan while using the service but only up to twice a month.

How is data managed?	Data is safely stored and operated on Amazon Cloud Server (AWS).
What happens to the data history when I delete my account?	If you delete your account, your data will be completely deleted as well. You can download the existing data in advance if needed.
